This morning we participated in the General Council of Confindustria Albania, a highly valuable event chaired by President Davide Rogai and enriched by the active participation of the entire membership base. The meeting saw discussion on topics of great importance, with a particular focus on developments in the “ICT/BPO” and “Labour and Human Capital” sections.
As always, Italian companies are at the centre of this reflection, being the main driver of growth and economic development in Albania. This occasion reminds us how fundamental the role of companies is for the progress of the economic system and how, together, we can contribute to a more prosperous future.

Dr. Cinzia Giaretta, Co-founder of VESCOGIARETTA Group, represented our Group at the General Assembly of Confindustria Albania titled 'Competitiveness and the Future: Businesses, Territory, Industrial Community".
After electing the new President Davide Rogai, the Assembly welcomed the greetings of the Italian Ambassador to Albania, Marco Alberti, and the Minister, Igli Hasani. A roundtable discussion followed, with representatives from strategic sectors of the national economy: it was an opportunity to delve into the relationship between macroeconomic and business developments and the territorial and community vocation of the industrial mission.

Technical and Organizational Measures for Data Protection in Companies
On Thursday, November 21, we participated, along with some of our colleagues as speakers, in the important training event, organized in collaboration with Confindustria Albania. The aim of the event was to provide companies with an overview of organizational and technical measures for effective privacy management, delving into Albanian regulations and their alignment with the European GDPR, along with practical strategies to prevent personal data breaches and related penalties.
